Student Assistant - Photography
Student Assistant - Center for Teaching and Learning
Responsibilities of this position include:
• Assist with graphic design for materials such as posters, social media graphics, and flyers.
• Assist with routine office tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
• Greet and direct visitors, offering them a welcoming and helpful experience.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
• Support planning and coordination of events by assisting with logistics, materials preparation, and setup.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Assist in compiling and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Commitment:
This position will require 10-15 hours per week. Working hours can be flexible. In-person work will be required, though some remote working arrangements may be available depending upon access to adequate technology and ability to perform duties.
Salary
• $15/hour
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Exceptional organizational, coordination, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, with clear direction provided.

Spring 2026 Georgia Tech Tour Guide

Before completing the application, all prospective applicants should take a moment to become familiar with the following expectations & requirements for Spring 26 Tour Guides.
Georgia Tech Spring 26 Tour Guide Application Requirements:
Must be a current GT undergraduate student
Must be enrolled at Tech through at least Fall 26 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Must commit to a minimum of two semesters (alternating semesters for a co-op or students studying abroad).
Time Commitment:
Must be available for employment from January 2026 to April 2026
Must be available to give 1-2 campus tours per week, Monday- Friday, at either
11:15 am-1:00 pm (AM tour time) or 2:00 pm - 3:45 pm (PM tour time)
Available for admitted students, Campus Tours on select dates from 9:45 am to 11:15 am
Staffing Admissions Special Events (In-person & virtual) on select dates
Must be available to attend the mandatory new spring 26 tour guide training
